Dec 3, 2015 | Latest News

Lots of them! Sure, you are focused on ease of use, is it different?, can it be monetized?, vital issues without doubt but with success and profitability come exposure, and if your project doesn’t toe the legal line, the best idea in the world can only cause you pain.
Do you collect and manage personal information, which is any information about an identifiable individual, as the law directs?
Do you have a strong, clear agreement with your users?
Do you have the right to use and sell the property/intellectual property you market?
Have you taken the necessary steps to protect your innovations, trademarks, patents, confidentiality?
A solid legal base ensures a great idea doesn’t get sidelined by small procedural mistakes.
